１．超大国中国社会の未来像

超大国中国社会の未来像

研究概要

本研究課題は、政治･経済･環境問題、文化などさまざまな研究分野から現代中国の地域社会の在り方を研究する課題である。 近年、日中関係が多くの問題を抱える中、超大国となりゆく中国の将来像について、異なるバックグラウンドを持つ学園都市の中国研究者が集まって以下のような研究を発表した。

  1. 津守陽氏は「"80後"たちの自画像」と題する発表を行った。最新の文学事情を紹介しながら、メディアでも頻繁に取り上げられる 「80後(1980年代生まれの世代)作家」の作品が何を描き、どのような若者たちの「情感」をすくいあげているのか、について報告した。
  2. 秦兆雄は「社会主義精神文明と伝統資源:文化大国を目指す中国」と題する報告を行った。改革開放以後、中国政府が社会主義文明を目指しながら伝統文化を重視し、活用するようになったというイデオロギー変化を明らかにした。
  3. 小島泰雄氏は「トウモロコシとカン」と題する発表を行った。同氏は中国長春の農村におけるフィールド調査において、積み上げられたトウモロコシの茎を見た。 それはカンと呼ばれる暖房装置の熱源として用いられるもので、農村の暮らしを支えている。 バイオマスは化石燃料や原子力に代わるエネルギーとして見直しが進められているが、超大国中国においては、断絶を経ることなく使用が継続されることになるだろう。
  4. 林範彦氏は「中国南部とその周辺地域の少数言語における漢語の影響」と題する報告を行った。 中国雲南省には漢語雲南方言以外にもチベット･ビルマ系、タイ･カダイ系などの少数言語の話者が多数居住する。 またラオス北部やミャンマー北部では中国経済の影響により漢語熱が高まっている実態についても報告した。
  5. 辻美代氏は中国の繊維産業に関する報告を行った。 戦後の化学繊維の発明、そして途上国への縫製業の移転により世界繊維産業構造は大きく変わった。 中国は従来の綿工業製品に加え、縫製品の委託加工による輸出拡大で経済成長に寄与してきた。 現在、中国は中所得国に成長し、労働と資本投入による成長、つまり委託加工による量的成長からブランド育成など質的成長への転換期にある。
  6. 陳來幸氏は「客家の僑郷梅県調査(2013年夏季)から在日華僑の150年を見る:広東華僑のファミリーヒストリーと日中関係」と題する報告を行った。 主として梅県南口鎮華郷村出身の潘氏一族の日本、香港、バダビアを結ぶネットワークを検証し、神戸中華同文学校の理事長を12年間務めた潘植我の事績を発掘し、華僑社会における客家ネットワークの有効性を指摘した。
    7. 　なお、研究会一覧で示したように、本研究会は外部から二人の研究者に発表していただいた。 特に神戸市外国語大学の櫻井次郎氏は第3回研究会よりほぼ毎回出席し、活発な議論に貢献した。 第8回研究会では「不立案」の環境汚染問題について報告を行い、環境公害被害者が初めに乗り越えなければならない「受理」の壁に焦点を当て、多くの被害者の訴えが裁判所で審理されていない現状とその社会的背景について論じた。
    　現在日中の外交関係は依然として厳しい状況下にある。 しかし、日中の将来を見据える上で、過去･現在における中国文化･政治･経済の諸側面に関する研究はますます重要となること必至である。 今後も本研究会で培われた研究者間のネットワークを十分に生かし、また外部へ拡張することによって、マクロ的･ミクロ的双方から中国に対して眼差しを送っていきたい。 学園都市にて研鑽を積む我ら中国研究者は、今回得た研究成果をより発展させ、よりよい形で発信を続けて生きたいと考えている。
    　なお、諸般の事情により、研究期間を平成25年12月末までに延長して頂いた。UNITY研究班を統括する方々にこの場を借りて深謝したい。
