非対称情報が市場取引に与える効果に関する応用研究

研究概要

本共同研究プロジェクトの目的は、経済情報の偏在が企業組織形態や国際経済へどのように影響するかを理論的に分析することである。2年間の共同研究期間中に計4回のフォーマル・インフォーマルな議論を行った。それぞれの研究会の日時・報告者・テーマなどはつぎのとおりである（場所は全て兵庫県立大学神戸商科キャンパス）：

• 2007年11月6日（報告者：三上・岡島）、自由ディスカッション
• 2007年12月22日（報告者：岡島）報告スタイル「なぜ国際NGOは重要か」
• 2008年1月8日（報告者：三上）報告スタイル「Enterprise forms, ownerships markets, and capital procurement of the firm」
• 2008年1月30日（報告者：岡島）報告スタイル「三輪芳朗、マーク・ラムザイヤーを読む」

第2回の研究会において岡島は「情報の偏在による市場の失敗に取り組むために、政府組織だけでなくベンチャー企業やNGOが大きな貢献を出来るのではないか」と論じた。第3回の研究会において三上は「投資の効果が不確実な場合でも、消費者組合は株式会社と同程度に資金調達において効率的であるかもしれない」と論じた。第4回の研究会において岡島は「情報の経済学の理論的成果は80年代以降目覚ましい。しかし、その実証研究はこの分野の理論研究がいまだに成長半ばであることを示している」と論じた。

このほかに岡島は流通科学大学紀要に私的情報下の貿易政策に関する論文を投稿した（08年3月）。三上も私的情報下の企業形態について、何本かの論文を海外雑誌へ投稿している（07年2月にCanadian Journal of Economics、07年6月にApplied Economics）。また、これらの研究成果については、その一部を2008年6月21日にユニティの公開講座で報告した。（報告担当：三上）
