非対称情報が市場取引に与える効果に関する応用研究

研究概要

本共同研究プロジェクトの目的は、情報の非対称性が、さまざまな状況における市場取引にどのような影響を及ぼす事になるのかを理論的に分析し、現実の産業や国際経済におけるインプリケーションを考察することにあった。2年間の共同研究期間の中で、計4回の公開研究報告会〔2004年10月28日（報告者：三上）、2005年1月20日（報告者：岡島）、2005年11月14日（報告者：三上）、2005年12月12日（報告者：岡島）、場所は全て兵庫県立大学神戸学園都市キャンパス〕を含む、フォーマル・インフォーマルな場における議論を通して、本研究テーマに関する考察を深めてきた。

共同研究において取り上げられた一つのテーマは、市場における非対称情報が企業の経営形態の決定にどのような影響を及ぼしているのかに関する問題であった。そこでは、物的資本のサンク・コストが一つの重要な決定ファクターとして作用しているのではないか、という仮設を提示するにいたった。また、もう一つのテーマとして、非対称情報下における輸出補助金の効果に関する問題が取り上げられた。つまり、国際的競争にさらされている企業間に情報の非対称性が存在している時、政府が自国企業に与える輸出補助金が経済全体としての効率的な解をもたらすのか、という問題である。そこでは、こうした現状下では、政府は輸出補助金の制度設計に高いコストを負担せねばならず、効率的な均衡が得られない可能性があることが明らかになった。

これらの研究成果については、その一部を2007年1月27日のユニティの公開講座で報告した。（報告担当：岡島慶知）
