公開講座：「スペイン語圏の食文化」～イベリア半島から中南米まで～

概要

大人気のなか惜しまれつつ閉店したスペインの超高級レストラン「エル・ブジ」、2010年に世界無形文化遺産に登録されたメキシコ料理、欧米で高く評価され日本でも紹介されはじめた新しいペルー料理。このように、21世紀に入ってからスペイン語圏の食の話題は世界の注目を集めています。この講座では、スペイン人、メキシコ人、長期フィールドワークをやってきた日本人（同時にしばしば食いしん坊の学者である）が、その母国や長く滞在して愛着ある地域の食文化について、様々な形で薀蓄を傾けます。
