公開講座：暮らしと法律

概要

われわれの暮らしは、法律という社会生活のルール（社会規範）を前提として成り立っています。 たとえば、売買、貸借、親子関係、相続、租税の賦課・徴収、企業活動、紛争の処理なども、 その例外ではありません。ですので、法律（問題）について理解を深めることは、社会生活を営む上で有益といえます。 そこで、この講座では、いくつかの具体的な例を取り上げて、 法律がわれわれの暮らしにいかに深くかかわっているかを分かりやすくお話しすることにします。
