公開講座：「兵庫の文化に注目」

概要

工業社会から脱工業社会への移行の中で、今、都市は大きく変わりつつある。工業社会では、どちらかといえば均質的な 経済発展装置だった都市はその機能を失いつつあるが、それは直ちに都市の衰退を意味しない。ヨーロッパの都市再生は人間の 生活の「場」としての再生を目指しており、そこでは工業によって蝕まれた自然や、地域文化の再生が車の両輪となっている。 グローバル化とともにローカル化も進み、個性ある都市で人間的生活が営まれることが都市成長の原動力となりつつある。 しかし、都市再生における文化の重要性が一人歩きし、またしても海外の事例にならった輸入型の「都市再生」が行われかねない。 文化とは人間の生活様式である。工業化以前から地域が育んできた地域文化を、いかに現代的に再生するかが問われているのではないだろうか。
本講座では、兵庫が育んできた地域文化を様々な視点から考えてみたい。
