科目内容

本講義では、リスクの概念やリスク・マネジメントにおける歴史・変遷等を説明し、RM の理論について体系的に解説する。また組織における失敗の事例等と共に、RM と企業経営の関係、リスク・ファイナンスの現状等も紹介し、RM における理論と事例に関する側面から講義を行う。

評価方法

出席点及び中間試験と定期試験によって、評価を行う（配点は、出席10 点、中間試験40 点、定 期試験50 点）

• テキストは使用せずに、プリントを配付する。

参考図書

• 授業において随時指示する。

履修にあたって

毎回の授業に出席すること。特に初回は授業概要を説明するので必ず出席すること。講義中は私語を慎み他の受講生の迷惑にならないようにすること。
