科目内容
貿易取引を中心とした種々の国際取引について、法的・実務的観点からわかりやすく解説する。前期の「国際取引法1」で、貿易取引を中心とした総論を、後期の「国際取引法2」で各論的諸問題を扱う（なお、諸般の都合により、以下の通りに進まない場合もありうる）。
