科目内容

都市が秩序ある公共空間として利用され, 整備されるための一定のルール（規制）について法体系に則った制度、すなわち「都市計画法」の基本的考え方について解説する。しかし同時、少子高齢下・人口減少・都心回帰といった状況下で、その都市計画法や制度（手法）の問題点やその改善方法についても論じる。最近のトピックスとしての『災害に強いまちづくり』ついては、神戸市役所からの招聘講師による講義を組込むことを予定している。また、便利で快適な公共交通機関の整備、等についても論じていきたい。

評価方法

下記の点数配分で、3 教員それぞれで評価し、それら合算して評価する。平常点30%、試験（各パートの最後の確認で実施およびレポートを含む）70%。

履修にあたって

参考テキストや配布プリントに従っての連続的な積み上げ授業なので、欠席はできるだけ避けること。また、定期試験期間中の試験は実施しないので注意。
