科目内容

都市が秩序ある公共空間として利用され、整備されるための一定のルール（規制）について法体系に則った制度、すなわち「都市計画法」について解説する。 しかし同時に、最 近のトピックスとしての「市民参加のまちづくり」や「サステイナブル・シティ」につい ても論ずる。また都市が抱えるいくつかの喫緊の諸問題、 例えば大規模店舗郊外立地と既 存商業の都心商業の衰退、高齢社会の到来とバリアフリー、安全・安心なまちづくり、災害に強いまちづくり、 便利で快適な公共交通機関の整備、等についても論じていきたい。

評価方法

下記の点数配分で、３教員それぞれで評価し、それら合算して評価する。
平常点30％、試験（各パートの最後の確認で実施およびレポートを含む）70％

• 加藤晃他著『新・都市計画概論』（共立出版）

履修にあたって

参考テキストや配布プリントに従っての連続的な積み上げ授業なので、欠席はできるだけ避けること。
また、定期試験期間中の試験は実施しないので注意。
