科目内容

企業活動のグローバル化やそれに伴うグローバル規模での企業間競争の激化といった企 業を取り巻く環境の変化が非常に激しくなるなかで、企業が競争力を維持し、成長・存続 するために、その事業活動の範囲と今後進むべき方向性を明確にし、組織成員の関心や行 動を方向づけることが重要な課題となっている。この方向性を決めていくことが「戦略経 営」に他ならない。本講義では「戦略経営」という概念を中核において、経営戦略研究に 関する理論と実際を学習していくことを目的とする。講義の中では実際の企業のケースを 使用するため、受講生は、実際の企業行動を分析する能力を習得することができる。

評価方法

単位の認定は、①定期試験（60％）、②レポート（20％）、③質問票の提出回数（20%）、 以上３項目の総計で行う。なお、詳細については、第１回目の講義に説明する。

履修にあたって

本講義は、講義への出席と質問票の提出を重視している。したがって、講義へ参加しない 学生は、当然のことであるが、試験を受ける資格を失う。
