<h4>リレー講義　英米文学と「戦争」</h4>

英米学科の文学文化系教員がリレー形式で行う入門講義です。 各講師が、それぞれの専 門領域から、英米文学・文化研究の醍醐味と研究の基本的な形を、分かり易く解説します。

本年度のテーマは、「戦争」です。人類は自衛や利益取得のために、太古から今日に至る まで、原始的かつ暴力的な闘争を繰り返してきました。 戦争の残虐性をいかに文学は表象し、歴史は記録してきたのでしょうか？　戦争の反意語である「平和」についても時に言及しながら、人類の暗部に探りを入れます。

評価方法

前半・後半各一回ずつレポートを提出。その総合点で評価する。

• 各講師がプリントを配布する予定である。

参考図書

• 特になし。（講師によっては指定する場合もある）

履修にあたって

入門講義なので特に１、２年生に履修してもらいたい。毎回異なる講師による様々な講義を聞き比べることがリレー講義の目的なので、毎回出席することを心がけること。 なお、都合により講師や講義の順番が変更される場合もある。
