科目内容

古典的名作の鑑賞を目的に構成した『アニメーション原論』『アニメ史』を踏まえ、より 後年の時代（’80年代～現在） を対象に、注目すべき監督と代表作を上映していくのが本講 座の目的です。

キーワードは“技法の比較”。優れた作品には、必ず監督がこだわる独自の映像的価値 観と表現法が存在します。 具体的にその特徴に眼を向け、複数の作品に潜む共通項と変化 （差異）を発見、検証していきたいと思います。

絵コンテやレイアウトなど具体的な制作資料、あるいはインタビューなどの証言資料を テキストに、監督が用いる「技法」の内容と、 その目的、効果を多角的に学ぶことで、現 代日本アニメーションの表現の多様性を理解できるようになることが目標です。

履修にあたって

概ねシラバスに沿って監督と代表作品を採り上げていくので、事前に監督や作品の歴史的 な位置づけなどについての下調べをしておくと、 観賞時の内容理解を深める一助になる。 また、講義中で同じ監督の別作品について触れる機会も多いので、 講義後には、それら参 考作品について独自に視聴するなどして視野を広げる努力をしてもらいたい。 そのことが、翌週以降の別作品の鑑賞とも有機的に関連し合い、より立体的、俯瞰的な歴 史理解、作品理解につながっていく。 レポート提出率100％未満は不可評価。２週以上遅 れた課題提出は認めない。遅刻は欠席あつかいとする。
