科目内容

グローバル化の進行に伴い、アメリカをはじめとする西欧自由主義諸国の政治経済のシ ステムの支配が全世界に拡大する一方で、国家、民族、宗教、文化間においてこれまでに ない新たな対立や格差が生じている。こうした対立や格差を解消するためには「地球全体」 という視点が不可欠であるが、「地球全体」がいかなる全体であるかは必ずしも明らかでは ない。本講義では様々な倫理的対立の諸問題を取り上げながら、「地球全体」という視点を どこに見出すべきかを探求する。

9	ビジネスとして代理出産をしてもよいか？―市場社会と生命倫理
10	「人間の尊厳」はグローバル・スタンダードか？―日本とドイツの生命倫理
11	プロスポーツ選手は幹細胞で筋力増強してもよいか？―エンハンスメントの是非
12	市場社会は環境問題を解決できるか？―排出権取引の是非
13	人類は生存すべきか？―H.ヨナスの世代間倫理
14	人間は自然と「和解」できるか？―マイヤー＝アービッヒの環境倫理

評価方法

毎時間その日のテーマに関して小レポートを提出してもらう。これを評価の５割とする。 後の５割は試験で評価する（統一試験が不可能な場合には課題レポートをこれに代える）。 どちらも自分の考えをどれだけ論理的に展開できているかどうか、またその独創性が評価 の基準になる。
