科目内容

現在, 日本在住の外国人の数は200 万人を超え, 医療を受ける機会も増えています。そ の際, 言語や文化の違いのために, さまざまな問題に直面します。こうした場面で活躍す るのが医療通訳者であり, 医療通訳コーディネーターです。この講義は, 神戸市外国語大 学と神戸市看護大学が協力して, 将来医療通訳者として活躍してみたい人, コーディネー ターを志したい人のための入門講座で, 今年度が2 度目です。初回は上記2 大学だけでな く, 兵庫県立大学看護学部の皆さんも熱心に受講して, 毎回それぞれの視点からの活発な 討議がおこなわれ, 大きな成果をあげました。異文化理解や医療制度, 医療英語などの講 義に加えて, ロールプレイによる医療通訳の演習も行います。言語は英語を主体にする予 定ですが, 希望によっては, 中国語, スペイン語に対応することも考えています。第1 回 の講義の際に相談しましょう。また外国籍の方や, 大学院生の方も歓迎します。
