科目内容

英米の社会を理解するために、英米法の知識は不可欠である。また、将来、国際ビジネスにたずさわろうとする場合にも、 英米法の知識は非常に有益である。この講義では、英米の法制度について役立つ事項を中心に、わかりやすく解説する。 前期の「英米法１」で 総論的分野を、後期の「英米法２」で各論的分野を扱う。

評価方法

期末試験によって評価する。
