科目内容

本講義は、日常生活における水道水・食品・居住環境等の環境問題について、実験・演習・見学を通じて考えるプロセスを体得することを目的とします。

回数	講義内容
1・2	はじめに　～水俣病の原因究明を題材として環境問題を考える～（演習）
3・4	水道水中の残留塩素濃度の分析～自宅・看護大学内等にて水道水のサンプリング～（実験）
5・6	食品添加物の分析～市販の加工食品からの発色剤・保存料（亜硝酸ナトリウム）の定性分析～（実験）
7	日用品に含まれる環境化学物質の培養肝細胞への傷害性～トリクロサン（抗菌剤）とパラジクロロベンゼン（防虫剤・芳香剤）に注目して～（実験）
8	まとめ　～「生活と環境」で学んだ個別テーマについて発表と討論～
9	補講　阪神水道企業団・尼崎浄水場　～原水から飲料水までの過程～（見学） * 参加希望者9 名以上のとき実施@ 阪急「塚口駅」下車徒歩15 分

評価方法

各回の実験・演習への取り組み及び出席点（60％）と最終回の発表とレポート（40％）を換算し、総合的に評価致します。

教科書

教科書は指定せず、各テーマごとに講義資料を配付します。

履修にあたって

本講義は、受講生の空き時間と調整させていただいた後、一日に2時限分の実験を行うこともあります。

一つのテーマについて自分の手を動かし自分の目で確かめることは大切なことです。身近な生活の環境問題を理解すること、そして地球環境問題の解決に向けて自分の考え方のプロセスを体得します。環境問題に興味がある学生さんの履修を歓迎致します。

受講人数により実験内容が変更することもあります。
