科目内容

都市が秩序ある公共空間として利用され、整備されるための一定のルール（規制）について法体系に則った制度、すなわち「都市計画法」について解説する．しかし同時に、最近のトピックスとしての「市民参加のまちづくり」や「サステイナブル・シティ」についても論ずる．また都市が抱えるいくつかの喫緊の諸問題、例えば大規模店舗郊外立地と既存商業の都心商業の衰退、高齢社会の到来とバリアフリー、安全・安心なまちづくり、災害に強いまちづくり、便利で快適な公共交通機関の整備、等についても論じていきたい．

下記の点数配分で，3 教員それぞれで評価し，それら合算して評価する．

平常点30％，試験（各パートの最後の確認で実施およびレポートを含む）70％
