科目内容

旅行業を営むにあたって必要とされる、旅行業法および標準旅行業約款をはじめとする約款類などの規定について学ぶ。旅行業者の業務が、どのような法令や約款の規定に基づいて運営されているのかを理解し、旅行契約をめぐるトラブルを予防し、解決するための、おおよその道筋を見出すことができるようになることを目標とする。

評価方法

期中の評価（30％）と期末試験の評価（70％）による。期中の評価は、各回（原則）の授業において実施する小テストの答案やレポート課題の提出状況を総合的に評価して行う。

指定しない。

参考図書

講義内で紹介する。

履修にあたって

各回の授業に際しプリントを配布し、テキストとして使用する。なお、過去に配布したプリントを授業中に参照することがあるので、散逸しないようにファイルし、授業に際して必ず持参すること。私語を慎むなど、受講にあたっての一般的なマナーを守ること。

高大連携講座受講生へ

法律用語をはじめとして難しそうな言葉が出てくるかもしれませんが、慣れてくれば、本当はそれほど難しいことを話しているわけではないことが分かると思います。将来、旅行会社で働いてみたいという人には、とくにお勧めです。
