科目内容

近年注目されるようになってきた組織の経済学を基礎から理解することを目的として講義を行う。
到達目標は以下の通りである。

1．組織の経済学の代表的な理論を理解する。

2．組織が何故形成され、組織の形態はどのようにして決まるかを経済学的に説明することができる。
