科目内容

日本において、「国際開発法」や「国際協力法」という「法典」は存在しておらず、確立した法分野が存在するものではなく、同名の講義であっても、論者の関心によって対象範囲も異なる。ここでは、政府や民間といった行為主体に関わらず、国際社会で行われている国際協力を中心として、国際社会に存在する様々な主体とその行動に関連する国際法及び国内法を含めたものを広義の「国際協力法」として、この中に「国際開発法」及び狭義の「国際協力法」を含めている。本講義では、広義の「国際協力法」について、国際社会の様々な主体の国際関係や国際協力に関連する国際法及び関連する国内法の基本的な枠組みを、日本を中心として取り上げる。また、内容理解の補助手段として、関連する映像資料や図表を各回で提示する。これらを通じて、経済分野を含めた国際協力の基本的な法的枠組みを国際法及び国内法の両方について概観し、現代国際社会における国際関係・国際協力に関する基本的な法制度を理解することを目指す。

中間レポート（40％）と期末レポート（60％）による。出席などの平常点を加味する場合がある。

履修にあたって

教科書に沿って講義を進めるため、履修者は必ず教科書を用意すること。本講義では、映像資料や図表などを多用しながら、具体的な事例を挙げながら講義を進めることで、文系・理系などの専攻を問わず理解しやすい内容を設定する。多数の学生の履修を歓迎する。
