科目内容

経営学の研究領域において、近年注目されているのが「経営戦略」という研究テーマである。それが注目されるようになった背景には、企業をとりまく環境の変化が激しくなるとともに、企業にとってその事業活動の範囲と今後進むべき方向を明確にし、組織成員の関心や行動を方向づけることが重要な課題となっている、という状況がある。それゆえ、本講義では「経営戦略」という概念を中核において、企業経営に関する理論と実際を学習していくことを目的とする。

評価方法

①定期試験（80%）、②レポート（20%）、③質問票の提出回数（+ α）で評価する。なお詳細については、第1 回目の講義に説明する。

本講義は、講義への出席と質問票の提出を重視している。したがって、講義へ参加しない学生は、当然のことであるが、試験を受ける資格を失う。それゆえ、講義に参加できない学生は履修登録をしないように!!
