科目内容

物流業の発展と業態革新に注目しつつ、前半では、主として国内物流を担うトラック、鉄道、倉庫等の物流業にスポットを当て、後半では、国際物流を牽引する海運業、空運業、さらには国際物流と国内物流をターミナルにおいて連結する港湾業に論点を移していく。規制緩和、情報化、グローバル化を背景に、物流産業がどのような創意工夫を凝らして、一国の経済発展、さらには個々の製造業、流通業のダイナミックな展開に寄与しているのかを明らかにしていく。物流産業がオールマイティな総合物流業へと進むダイナミックな変革プロセスを展望する。
