科目内容

英語を公用語とする国はイギリス、アメリカのほかにも数多くある。本講義では、おもに「ホワイト・コロニー」とよばれる白人入植植民地であり、現在ともに「多文化主義」を掲げるカナダとオーストラリアをとりあげ、イギリスとの歴史的なつながりや、両国における多文化主義の特質などについて考える。
